LaKayla helped create our dream ring & she was so fun and kind to work with. She helped us design everything we could have wanted while staying within our budget. When my husband and I got married, he asked what I wanted for a ring. ..My response; "whatever makes you think of me-He nailed it!" We got something that was totally ME back in 2014. I am one of those that treat jewelry with care. I don't wear when doing heavy, icky, potentially damaging work with hands. Not when doing dishes or showering. Because it was my wedding ring, we got the ring from a "National Chain" with the lifetime warranty... thinking that world guarantee quality product with access to the best jewelers for possible repairs, resizing, etc. Sadly, that wasn't the case. I won't bore you with the details, but we've thought about upgrading my wedding ring for 5+ years. This being due to challenges with the national chain store being able to back the product they sold. I didn't really want a different ring, it means to much to us....I wanted the original recreated. This is where Bling Jeweleryls cones in! After years of frustration, we went into Bling and took a leap of faith on a small local family business. We brought the original in, we spoke with Lakayla, and we had a ring created! The entire experience was WONDERFUL! Everyone there was absolutely wonderful, patient, and informative! We now have an amazing ring (an homage to the original with edits to make it more unique). Not only do we have an amazing piece of jewelry for now, but something heirloom quality! THANK YOU Bling Jewelrs (especially Lakayla Lynda, and the design team). We are exceedingly happy with the piece created! The customer service was amazing, the quality is exceptional, and now we have a favorite Jeweler!! I'm not sharing a photo just yet but may in the future after it has been worn a while, to showcase the quality and durability of our custom piece! After 11 years of marriage and an epic error by the national chain damaging my original ring, we finally did it! We upgraded my wedding ring.
